Prior to founding Spradau Legal Services, Todd worked as an in-house patent and agreement attorney at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Cephalon, Cornerstone Pharmaceuticals, and Taro Pharmaceuticals. Todd currently represents pharmaceutical clients including Psychogenics, Neurolixis, Cornerstone Pharmaceuticals, and Artasome. Todd received a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a law degree from the New York University School of Law, and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
